Baby Bungalow has FREE ground shipping on orders over $125.00 in the contiguous United States. There is an additional charge to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada - please call for rates. We do ship Internationally with an additional rate as well. Shipping times varies.
We ship all orders UPS or USPS. Orders can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be received. We make every effort to ship by the following business day. Some items ship direct from the manufacturer at their preferred shipping method.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase price (less shipping and handling) within 30 days (unless otherwise stated). Returns must be in unopened, unused condition in original packaging with all original documentation included. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned/refused items. Please email or phone for a return authorization number, without this your item will be refused and returned to you at your expense. This assigned number must be CLEARLY marked near the shipping label. On Strollers: unless the stroller is defective - once a stroller is used outside - we cannot take it back. All warranty issues must be dealt with the manufacturer.
Baby Bungalow is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Returned item shipping charges are incurred by the customer.
Customer must pay shipping charges both ways for new item. Item being exchanged will follow the policy stated above for returns. There is no free shipping on shipping out of new item.
The Ameda Purely Yours has a 1 year warranty on the pump mechanism and limited 90 day warranty on parts.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened breast pumps or breast care products and accessories or breast pump parts that are not sealed due to hygiene reasons (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Warranties are given through the manufacturer on breast pumps. If customer has a warranty claim on their breast pump, please contact the manufacturer directly.
InSTEP joggers and products have a 1 year warranty. They warrant their products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase and will repair and replace any such defective part without charge for one year. Manufacturer can be reached at 1-800-242-6110.
Arm's Reach, defective product to repair or replace at their discretion within 90 days. After 90 days customer's failure to notify shall constitute final acceptance by customer.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO, FPO, etc.
We no longer ship large items (e.g. Strollers etc.) to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and FPO addresses etc. due to the size.
DAMAGED PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT:
Any product that was damaged in transit, customer MUST notify The Baby Bungalow within 3 business days to process claim with said shipping agent.
RECEIPT OF ORDER:
Customer MUST notify Baby Bungalow within 48 hours of receipt of order if there is a problem with said order.
